  3. Regulate your nervous system into expansionThe body must feel safe in the new frequency. Use breathwork, stillness, and somatic grounding before receiving.
  4. Speak her reality into the present tenseReplace “I will” with “I am.” Language encodes belief and collapses timelines.
  5. Release the old story with compassionThe version who kept you safe served you. Honor her. Then choose to outgrow her.

The leap was never about distance. It was about the moment you stopped proving you were worthy and simply — quietly — started moving as though you already were.
